Don`t understand this , I did the same ride as stage 4 on 23 Oct this year, before the chaingang league started
and did a time of 43:53 , tonight I logged into BKool and I have 5 messages saying I`ve been beaten by 5 times
by members of the chaingang league ranging between 16:09 and 16:57, don`t understand how they get such a
time difference when the fastest time was Guy with 39:25 which means with my mathematical workings the most
I was beaten by was 4:28, unless I`m mistaken, I was going to ride the repeat stage today but I`ve had a bad arm
and shoulder for 4 days so thoughtI`d leave it til Sunday or Monday, don`t think I`m gonna get anywhere near
knocking off 16 minutes tho!!

I've noticed that the times listed in the emails always seem to be way off. I usually check under the rankings tab if there is any doubt. Of course that's only if I'm in the top 50.

Lol. I didn't stand a chance! :stop: I did improve by about 30 seconds though so happy with that. Legs were fresher.

How long have you had it Breedon?

You came past me at one point Randy at some rate of knots. Great riding!:bravo:

Been getting some like that too but when I check it out, the times were wrong in the email. Another bkool glitch!

Perhaps we should start a new thread listing all the gremlins, gliches etc plus ideas for improvement in one place. Wonder if Bkool ever visit this site. I know a few of Cycle Chat do email them regularly.

So I have been playing around in a solo ride to check what is going on with the speed on downhills. I can confirm that the speed only goes as far as the actual wheel/trainer speed, i.e., there is absolutely not compensation for gravity/freewheeling effect. I understand that you guys riding bkool pro get a "generously compensated" speed in these conditions that is shown in a different color, not the case with my vortex smart trainer. Thus, on downhills I can only go slightly faster than on flats, everything over 40kmh is just exhausting and nearly sprinting. It is a boomer because not only I cannot rest on downhills, but because I am passed by everybody at 60-70kmph. Is there any setting in the software to change this or is this just a bkool trainer feature? Maybe if I unpair the trainer's internal speed sensor? It is a pity because I enjoy Bkool software for the ocasional group rides but this behaviour is very frustrating!
