I am still on the upward trend as far as improvement is concerned. But due to my weight I am on max resistance on anything above about 6%. Because of this I am nearly always on 34/32 as it goes above 5%. As much as I want to spin this I just can't, currently, generate the power needed.![]()
Know your pains REALLY WELL... you can have a great rhythm on a flat'ish section then it s 5% lump and its like someone has put the brakes on, so obvious when riding with other riders and they go past me like i'm stopped.
