Tacx trainers work better with zwift, I borrowed a friends Neo trainer and compared both trainers on both software. The conclusion I have come too that bkool trainers are very accurate with the bkool software, very realistic and now I only bench mark my times with other bkool users. When I used the bkool trainer on zwift I found riding on the flat to be fairly accurate but on the climbs my garmin would be reading 10-12mph and zwift would be displaying my speeds at 3-4mph and other people were passing me like I was stopped - I am slow up a climb but not slow...
So if the Bkool Pro doesn't work properly on the climbs on Zwift whilst Tacx trainers do, it sounds like it's not just Bkool that struggle to get their software to work the same for different trainers then....? Just making this point as Bkool come in for a lot of (probably justified) criticism on here for this.
