I agree with Guy. A high power fan is essential. My heart rate can drop by up to 10bpm with the fan on full and cooling me down.

43 bpm haha went to A&E once suffering from chest pains and such like hooked me up to a monitor it was at 39-40 they thought the machine was broke and used another one still the same lol

You are meant to take a RHR when you wake up lying in bed. If I was to try that I'd just turn over a go back to sleepHa!
family got me a fitbit surge for birthday and i am obsessed with my resting bpm. 47 at weekends and 49-51 on work days. I awake worried before work! 39-40 though....
Im giving it a goBtw whose gonna take on Jan Ulrich tomorrow? 18:30 route tbc. I may watch if home in time
