How about getting back in touch with bkool and asking if you can write them some more wormhole software. That last one you wrote for the bkool summer cup was a beauty.
I wish I had the wormhole. I was thinking more of a peloton. With 8 of us we should be able to save some serious power. What about it everyone who finished in the 44 minute mark last week? Maybe we could try to stay together until the last 1/2 mile.

Seems near impossible to draft Lars for some reason. He's back and forwards like a yoyo!!
Funny, that was how I rode it, sprinting every 5-10 seconds, then easing, always trying to get the best possible draft position. I would have thought my ghost would come out more even, as I was near you guys for the most of the time.
At the end I did 450-550 watt 30-60 seconds intervals, with only a few seconds break between them. Was the yoyo'ing at the end?

Was happening most of the time Lars. Every time I thought I'd got on your tail you'd slow down for a few seconds then speed up again. Very tricky to stay with!

So is the live chaingang ride still going ahead on Thursday at 7pm - as in 7pm on Xmas Eve?! Not sure I'll be in any state to do a Bkool ride by that point myself....

In contrast to that, when I challenged Lars yesterday on GallartaArgalario, I got ahead right at the start and all the way down the hill before it started to rise, the position readout which I watched closely said:
1/ BillS
2/ RickB 10-20 secs
3/LBHIFI 0 secs (Don't think I ever saw this figure change once until the uphill)

Then with all the energy he saved sitting behind you, he caught me up and kicked my ar5e on the long climb to the top

I hope so, and the re-rerun saturday too. Its only :santa:. Gives me a chance to get a calorie deficit in before the overeating etc. set in. In fact, is there a ride tonight?

What's your username Stefan? Can't see anything obvious that relates to your username here.

Got an email request for you to join the Goats (which you're now in! :okay:) - but nothing for Chaingang.
I know the guy from Strava. We seem to be having a bit of a KOM battle for the local segments up here in the north, and the most frequent outcome is that my sorry ass gets whooped :B).

I see him in Bkool with the same username: http://www.bkool.com/user/home/105923
Ha, thank you for your kind words and all your help, and i hope to find time to battle live online:-)

Yep that'll definitely turn it into a 55 minute time as everyone jostles to be at the back

Spot on Bill, that was exactly my strategy ^_^. I didn't want to waste unnecessary energy before the climb, by making a breakaway too early.

Lol. Been meaning to give that one another go using my previous ghost exactly as Lars has done. except I won't be overtaking anyone on the hill!

BTW: Did 19 miles off road today for the first time in years. Bought a 1998 Marin Mount Vision off ebay a month or so ago and it got its maiden voyage today. Good fun!

Just in case there are those who don't keep an eye on other threads in this category, bkool themselves have started a thread asking for suggestions which could be implemented on new products (hardware related rather than software by the looks of it)
