Great news Geoff.
Now has me thinking about a kickr![]()
If it's just the lure of not having to pedal, I'd spend the money on a LazyeeBoy armchair!

That'll larn you - you've just given me a 4 minute head start which seems about right.
You've laid the gauntlet down now, what's your sprinting like as it could be a close call.
I just hope I don't get lost on the course with a shortage of tracks to follow
On another note, I hope I can make it on Thursday as I think I may have a problem developing with my Classic 2.
Got all dressed up for a spin on the turbo last night and it wouldn't power on - no green led on the head unit. Tried to measure the voltage output from the transformer, but my meter battery was flat - always the case when you need it. Did all the usual, tried a different socket and made sure the connections were sound, but no joy.
Went and retried it before I went to bed and it powered on OK, but didn't actually give it a go. I'll have a bash tonight, but just a bit worried in case I have an intermittant problem.
I hope I'm not stuck on the start line with my tool case open come Thursday night.
Anyone else had a similar problem - it's about 4 months old, so still under warranty.
Tried itI've got the session running again in case anyone wants to practice starting. I'll leave it running for an hour.
Geoff
You should see the elapsed session time on the login screen, in the top right corner.Tried itdid not see the current or session time before starting though (or I could be blind to the important info on screen
)
I completed the session in 56 minutes. I may be able to take a couple of minutes off of that if I hammer the downhill sections. To stand a chance of winning would need at least an 8 minute improvement .I don't think soI don't think so

We can but try![]()

ust recently took the final and most economical irresponsible step and got myself a rear disc wheel (still clincher though).
Sorry, don't mean to be intrusive, but I'm just fascinated by the race against the clock and all the details surrounding aerodynamics. Just recently took the final and most economical irresponsible step and got myself a rear disc wheel (still clincher though). Can't wait to get out on the roads and do some testing.
A good thing you don't live here where we have to pay for three cars to get one.
I had enough of that when I as an young student had to repair my Citroen Visa myself. When I was done I had a bag of nuts and bolts leftovers, but who's counting
. I got it running again, but the damn thing broke down on me not too long after...never figured out why
.
I tried chasing your ghost on stage 4 yesterday. It hurt![]()

No problem Tommy, the more the merrier. Only question is what start time do you want?
On Stage 3 you came in very close to Whorty (10.0), and on Stage 4 very close to Noah (9.5).
How about we start you alongside Noah at 9.5 mins and adjust if necessary for the re-run if you are up for it a second time.
Geoff
That doesn't seem fair. Surely the admins could approve a dummy ride and adjust the time. The only question is: Should you have the league win, a shared league win with Jacob or second place?
I have just purchased some second hand Pro bits which I can salvage the Circuit Board and Magnet Drive Motor from.
Hopefuly if I pop this into my Classic a will have a hybrid Classic/Pro that will update and act like a Pro.
Perhaps I'll find myself descending down the peleton when I find out it was my old turbo was making me quick and not me.
