Also nice to hear the neo appears fully compliant
. As much as I struggle with the classic at max resistance on anything above 6%. I feel I am missing out on the chance of variance on slopes above that point. If I can get the weight down the variance will come to me but it is frustrating at times to have no change when the gradient changes up or down

Unfortunately as you'll see that's £99! I bought mine for £19.99 via the above company's ebay shop -http://stores.ebay.co.uk/truetoolseu/ - in December. Sadly, I can't see this in their ebay shop currently, and a quick look on ebay doesn't bring up anything similar at the kind of price I paid. Might be worth checking their ebay shop periodically to see if it comes up at that kind of price again - they delivered really quickly and it is very sturdy/good quality.

I live in Wales, chased sheep ALWAYS head uphill, so, I can do hills, but I can't do fast flat or steady inclines, never could.And now active 5, two higher than me, going to have to beat me on Thursday now
You will whup me hands down in every flatish or long steady up and down ride.

After receiving the FTP test expired email I thought I'd kill two birds with one Goat session. I was right at my target watts of close to 300 when my chain jammed at 29 minutes 58 seconds.....so no birds and no sympathy from my wife when I tried to explain how heartbreaking to be so close. Hmm that's too bad. She said.
Plus I was riding in blue speed numbers most of the way. The same blue numbers that I love going downhill are not my friends on the steep climbs.

Well you have my sympathy Randy. The disappointment is painful, I've been there. I nearly quit the Goat run after 30 minutes actually, to get the rating, but talked myself out of it, simply because I didn't want to redo it.
How the hell did you get any blue numbers at all going up that wall? I don't understand? Or am I being a complete muppet?

So looking at the Bkool Pro trainer, how stable is it and are there any issues with the wheel slipping when out of the saddle?
From the reviews I have read these are comments that keep popping up, although to be fair they said they neither were any issue. So it would good to get the experiances from regular users as a balanced overview.

Physically, the machine itself is very stable, and wheel slippage, with an appropriate tyre is not an issue at all. We do some very steep climbs, and I am constantly out of the saddle for them and experience no slippage at all.
Customer services from Bkool is lacklustre to say the least, although they usually get round to your issue eventually, should you experience one.
For the money, it's a great piece of kit, if you have more to spend, you can get better.
That is my personal analysis, but hopefully you will get a wider range of opinion on here too.

I tend to stay firmly planted in the saddle and dont get any slippage, if I get out of the saddle I get an initial bit of slippage but nothing too bad and it generally settles down. I used to have the original classic, which died at 11 months, with the refunded money I bought a Pro which has worked well for the 14 months I've had it. Mine gets a fair amount of use, others on here really hammer their units. A few have had problems, some still on going. I've had good support from Bkool when I've used them, which has only been a couple of times.
