Ta Bill.
There ya go Adam

Ahh i see, just thought it looked pretty whacky with you doing zero at one second and then up to high 80's the next and then dropping again to zero........was wondering if you had some amazing new technique for getting such a decent time mate![]()
He can't justify the money to buy a KICKR but he can afford to buy a BMW to use as a bike stand!
Pffft!Ta Bill.

I've completed a session without trying to cough up a lung
Having said that, it was the first complete sesion I have done for about 5 weeks and it shows.![]()

I thought it hurt to restart from nowhere in the fitness stakes. Getting restarted is worse
. The mind remembers where you were and tries to go there, but the body can't deliver
.
Still I now have a time for the tin can ten handicap chase, 37.01Geoff I may have another couple of minutes to come off that in a full on chase session
I fully intend to do the chase session tomorrow now![]()
To be fair, that was a good time mate! Much as I like to kid myself that it is just apathy preventing me from challenging you, I don't realistically think I could find over 3 minutes in my legs to beat you.....reluctantly....well done!Ta Bill.

In the immortal words if Dick EmeryThat's great, thanks for logging a time, I've updated the Start Times.

Please tell me you did this first. 6 + minutes?!
That really doesn't make it any better if you did this after another hour of climbing. Strong work. If I knew how to make those "I'm not worthy" smile faces bowing I would.Nope, did that last im only 40 seconds ahead of you in the league table dont know why 6 +minutes.
Fair do's Breedon. That was a good effort! Two MG stages in one night. I did peep in and watch for a bit, but couldn't bring myself to watch a lone cyclist for nearly 2 hours.
Are those legs gonna hold up for the handicap tomorrow?
