Might struggle with 7pm tonight so whilst the only time you will see me is the first few seconds I may well join you at 8 if life hasn't miraculously uncomplicated itself by 7.

Well life didn't become any less complicated but I have just ignored the complicated bits and will deal with them tomorrow if they still exist.

I may therefore be there for 7 and of course being the top athlete as I am might use it as a warm up and do 8 too.........

I am going to have a go but coming down with a cold - can I back date that excuss by the way.

No I am afraid there is no backdating and that excuse is quite poor I suspect Tommy would only give that 1.5/10

I laugh in the face of your frankly pathetic 200w and feel you need to know that today going up a hill I generated 200kw with my right leg alone.

Admittedly I was in my car which is a hybrid but still I did it so there.

Sorry about this but might be best if you start when you're ready - my youngest has just nabbed the laptop for online homework which gets priority apparently

so at the moment I'm really not sure when I will make it - so don't rely on me!

1.5 sounds about right Soarer. Although with my current, can't ride because I actually have to do some work excuse running thin. I'm not sure I'm really in a position to judge...
