That was brutal
That was a tough interval session. Thanks guys for the encouragement those who posted. I think I saw Bob post just after I passed you. I thought there must be something wrong, I wasn't expecting to catch you.
The last climb I lost focus and power and began to pedal square. I thought I could catch John on the final descent and nearly did. Excellent workout.
. It made my Sunday ride on it seem sedate
. I should be around for the re-run Saturday
I did.Did you get blue speed in the 11% incline? - killed me
so impossible, I got off ran to the garage got a screw driver and adjusted itI feel your pain Bert. Trying to pedal in the big ring up a 12% is nigh on impossible isn't it! Once I did change down I was tempted to just ride round on the small ring but I would have been pedalling at midnight! Still, good to have a taster for the pain and discomfort which will be Saturday's re reun.

Bkool must of sorted the issue with the start for your kickr - you lot took off... and left me standing.
I have to give it back though, hopefully bkool will have sorted the issue in the meantimeenjoyTried turning off and on again and think that has worked! Got to warm up again now though!

Stop making excuses ya wimp, get back on there.Tried turning off and on again and think that has worked! Got to warm up again now though!
I found that to be the toughest chaingang yet. Much worse than a long straight 30 miler with a big hill at the end.
. We all knew I was going to sneak onto the turbo. It meant I only had a short warm up but to be honest I was looking for every excuse to finish and when I heard the door close on their return from school I stepped off the bike. Quick chat and then I decided to catch the end to only to see pain. Picasso, Dali, whoever, choreographed by Spielberg as you guys stormed a Spanish landscape collapsing around you all. And everytime I clicked on Adski and saw his kit I thought of Jackson Pollock
