Tommy, Treat it as 5-7 min intervals session. See how long you last![]()
Very true Andy
I think this type of course is just what I need at the moment if I want to push on.

I have a similar problem with my rear wheel moving in the skewer, and in the past have been doing rides thinking 'this is harder than usual' and noticed the tyre rubbing against the frame. I have diagnosed the problem to using an old wheel on the turbo so much that the whole dish of the wheel is out, another reason I need to drop some weight...
My God just imagine how fast he could be if he tried! I think he said he was going so fast that his heart rate monitor melted![]()
Mine does the same thing.I don't know about you but I find however much I tighten up the rear wheel in the trainer arms, it comes loose by the end of a ride - particularly an "energetic" one! So I always tighten it back up before a new ride. I suspect if this isn't done the movement that it would allow would cause problems over time
We need namesYeah there's quite a number of rides only partially complete in the leagues list of rejected rides. Even twice by the same person.![]()
Just logged back into the league as I forgot who had done it twice without completing. Other admin must have been in and deleted all the uncompleted rides so someone with admin status deleting the evidence perhapsWe need names![]()
Good words of encouragement there @Insomina, as I also feel as though I have dropped back a touch.
Rob, last night's ride was particularly tough and my power was dropping on each 'mountain' we came to - only just survived to the end.
Nothing changed with your setup has there?
Keep at it and i'm sure you'll get where you want to be.
You guys are using the official skewer? There is a post elsewhere in the forums where someone wasn't with dangerous consequences but now has no problem with the official bkool one.
My trainer doesn't move around BUT the weight plus of course my awesome power cause the trainer to rock from side to side especially when I sprint.
