@theboxers are you going to be able to make the HTTT this Tuesday?

@JLaw how about you? You'd be perfect to draft with Bert and GW as you had almost identical times on the previous couple of runs at Pico Penas!

@rob01792 Do you fancy giving the TTT a go 8pm Tuesday?

@Gaileb and @RamirezAGC, can either or both of you make the TTT this coming week?

Geoff
All things being equal I ahould be around for the TTT next week. If there is a problem I'll try to let everyone know asap.

@bobinski Remember when you insisted that I buy a Sea Sucker roof mount for the bikes? I crumbled easily to your peer pressure and here it is. Takes 3 bikes held on by suckers, an incredibly scary prospect I have moddled it with my cyclocross bike as I felt it was most likely to accept being bounced down the road when the suckers unsucked.

Not a lot of metal on the roof so have suckered it to the rear sunroof so should at least get a good view of it flying off the lid.

Looks like you had lots of opportunity to test it out in the country estate^_^

Wish i missed out on the club run was bloody misserable out hands are numb.

Also can anyone recommend a decent cheap fan for the indoor pain cave that i can buy in the uk?
It will need to sit on the bed next to my bike.

Real life ride this morning! Awful. Windy and got lost.
Don't get that on bkool!!!

Stage 3, I wasn't looking forward to doing it and after the first hill, I nearly gave up. All my ghosts were in the lead. Hill 2, I had passed Randy, bazzer99, with as usual, Tommy up the road. Hill 3 I had cut Tommy's lead to 15 seconds. Hill 4 and 5, I extended my lead to 2 mins. Then I remembered Tommy put in a big effort after some idiot encouraged him to beat the hour  I tried as best I could but Tommy kept eating into my lead, held on though.
Sorry Tommy about the result, but it bodes well for the TTT, quite evenly matched

I was going to do this ride today and challenge Tommy, now I have you to challenge as well

Hopefully we'll all be close

It's all good andy :okay:

I'm glad you beat me well in a way because I didn't have much in the legs the last few days. And I know I need to be in good form vs you. Like you say, it definately bodes well for Tuesday!

It's interesting what you say about my effort at the end. As I've wondered whether ghosts follow the original performance or do it based on the overall time. Thinking about it it's more likely to be the former...

Looks like a clear infringement of rule #25. This will only slow you down.

Just attempted some sessions, not good :headshake:. My legs had taken my lead from this morning and decided today was not the day:B).

My warm up session was a wreck. 3 minutes or so longer than normal :B). I then went to do the bonus sprint stage 1,. To cap it all my descent cool down session had a 7% climb in it . Only an hour today :surrender:

Going for a rest and relax before dinner and a beer .
