I should be able to make it Tuesday as well.

Are we starting at 7pm or 8pm UTC (I need to block the time in my calendar so my boss doesn't schedule a meeting in that slot).

I managed to get round to the Maine time trial. Happy with my time. Sorry Bridgy. But you and LBHIF's ghosts were drafting so well I had to bury myself to stay in front. I tried drafting you both but you kept pulling away. AAAC joined for a while then left. Just before LBHIFI ghost disappeared off into the distance. I really need to learn to turn a big gear at 80plus cadence otherwise I will never improve. Too dependent on powering up for short periods.

I was half watcning the last stage of the tour of Croatia and Training and then they both froze, in fact the whole PC froze so it was on/off button time

Just attempted some sessions, not good :headshake:. My legs had taken my lead from this morning and decided today was not the day:B).

My warm up session was a wreck. 3 minutes or so longer than normal :B). I then went to do the bonus sprint stage 1,. To cap it all my descent cool down session had a 7% climb in it . Only an hour today :surrender:

Going for a rest and relax before dinner and a beer .

Well my bkooling toady was probably just as much a failure if not more. I took 72 hours rest, sure that this would help me blitz my time on Berge von Kölle 6x so set off after AAAC's ghost about 5:30 today. Almost immediately AAAC got an obscene lead on me, well over a minute on the first ascent and I was digging in a best as I could. I had started off hoping I could win but this quickly turned into hoping that I could beat my own time.
Anyway, much suffering and overheating later I crossed the line a minute down on my previous time .

And for my previous time I had too much tyre pressure and had to stop to let air out, and I had only had 24 hours rest beforehand. It doesn't make any sense

@theboxers are you going to be able to make the HTTT this Tuesday?

@JLaw how about you? You'd be perfect to draft with Bert and GW as you had almost identical times on the previous couple of runs at Pico Penas!

@rob01792 Do you fancy giving the TTT a go 8pm Tuesday?

@Gaileb and @RamirezAGC, can either or both of you make the TTT this coming week?

Geoff
yes I'm up for having a go bear in mind I haven't been on the bike for 5 weeks what do I need to do

8pm British Summer Time, which is UTC+1

So actually 7pm UTC

That's 3pm on the eastern USA, 12 noon west coast.

Then add your Start Time and start when the time underway equals your start time!

What could go wrong?

P.S. @Randyberlin 11am in Sitka, Alaska if you want join in!

P.P.S. 9pm for our continental friends!
