I've decided to use the first flatter section as my warm up tonight. The last torture rack section will in effect be my main session. I wil lthen do my normal slow trundle cool down descent. :surrender:.

Dear clever people if I get some Bluetooth headphones will the Bluetooth ant dongle thingy that came with bkool pick up the headphones or should I get another Bluetooth USB adapter (and could they then clash with each other?)

Thanks for your technical support I have already turned if off and on again.

enjoyed that at the hill at the end. Rod, sorry for that sprint passed you near the top.

It was also good to chat to Whorty through the ride, I'm not sure me telling him the gradients as I reached them helped him or not

Well blow my digeridoo, where were you guys?
A pregnant possum could climb quicker than that!

I didn't say that!
Although you could well imagine me saying that I definitely didn't say it!

No problem! I was struggling a bit at the top when you whizzed past. Enjoyed it though, I think!

Well that was a tale of two halves. I really couldn't get going on the flatter section, legs felt heavy, but I got into a reasonable rhythm and climbed well, well if enough for me

@RickB I have a couple of rides that need validation please

To all who I passed on that hill, Sorry .

I got to the bottom of the big one and the legs wern't there. So I gamed the system .

Still feel :B) to crap. I'd never be able to do that in real life. I'd be a pile at the side or possibly the middle of the road :surrender:

Edit to clear up some questionable spelling

Ah ha. I did notice you catching me up up at huge race of knots - bloody scary. I thought I can't be going that slow:ohmy:
