I think that's probably right Bridgy made worse by my need to spin because I cannot turn top gear on the flat unless out of the saddle. Inevitably the faster I spin to keep up the quicker I end up puffed out. I don't like not taking a turn though so not sure how to square the circle.

Oh just sit in the wheel of whoever in the team you can just keep up with I reckon! "Teamwork" Blue team style!

I would like to point out I have a cold. Not looking for (or expecting) sympathy but team snot is the correct team for me to be in this evening.

Team green if you hear a snuffling sweary sound like an angry pig after truffles over the wireless that will be me.

I'm just feeling a little lack lustre, no idea why, could quite happily sit this one out but I'll get myself to the start line...

I don't know about that, but if you remove the words "Bridgy" and "as" from your sentence it becomes quite a good one.

Apologies to team green, I'm not online this evening and not sure if I will be Bkool'ing for a while - having major building work starting next Monday and will be moving out and in with the inlaws for a while and there's no space for me turbo'ing unless i do it out on the patio.
