Tonight's Chaingang is Stage 5 in Provincia di Udine (otherwise known as "Satan's Ladder" whilst being whispered in hushed tones in bkool circles)
I will be starting the ride at 7pm with a 10 minute warmup.
So let some air out of your tyre for maximum traction but not too much. Go for steady power and try to avoid "gaming" the blue speed numbers if possible.
See you all at 7pm.
Not been on the bike for a week - cold, hayfever and life getting in the way so tonight could be a struggle, especially in this heat.

PS. I can ignore your comments by recognising that we brilliant people have been mocked throughout history. I bet the first man to get milk from a cow his friends were all "erm Brian do you think you should be doing that to that cow it doesn't look very happy........oh God man NO don't bloody drink it you wierdo that's gross!" And look where we are now with milk!

See.

Point proven.
I am literally wetting myself laughing....where do you get this stuff from?

You managed fine pairing it to that Vortex smart....^_^

You know I wasn't really paying attention to the blue number stuff before that stage as it never affected me. Now I see sometimes after around 12% it kicks in for me...

Out of interest what was your average watts bob?

Just hills, I'm a one trick pony.......Sooooo nearly bailed at 30 mins too, but saw just 6 minutes left, and thought it a bit rude to bail when AAAC had obviously pushed his HR up to about 140ish to catch me after Bill slipped into stealth mode. Incidentally mine peaked at 193 I think, which is a new PB....or PW depending on how you look at it.
Anyway I'm off to jump in our brook!!
