I would go blue each time speed went above 12.5kph so eased off back into white. That's my excuse anyway

With that in mind anyone lighter than me (lots of you) were at a disadvantage? To be fair I think I averaged just below 320 watts but if you were putting out bigger numbers and finished behind me than I "gamed" the simulator to my advantage. Is that right?

Wow! That was tough. Well done Adam. Kicked my 4ss and went pro1
I thought AAAC was flat out but I realised I was wrong when I slipped into stealth and then uncloaked further up the mountain only to find him 30 seconds ahead.
I realised I had the option to bail at 30 mins but with only 8 more minutes to go it seemed much better to keep going and not have to do it again flat out. Anyway, turns out the average watts were continuing to rise anyway due to the low wattage start so it was all good .

All fair in love, war and Bkool Tt if I could have stayed in the blue I would have but would have had to turn those pedals faster. Average HR of 150ish today suggests I just didn't have it. Strangely up to active7 and I,ll take that and run

My green hat is so undeserved I'm afraid. I can only earn it cycling up bloody great hills. Put me on the flat, or a gentle incline, and everyone whups me. I ought to hand it back really.

I never get the blue numbers when I'm cycling uphill. How and when do you get them?

60 cadence, just under 6mph and under 60 minutes . The devils staircase is a good description
