Cheers but I didn't feel strong and it was getting dark on my 3D video by the time I finished.
We had our own little event tonight and enjoyed the company.
Well from the sound of this I am rather pleased to have missed this evening. Might force myself to have a crack at it tomorrow unless I can think of another cunning excuse.
There were a couple of times where the power to speed was a lot lower than it should have been (it shows blue speed). I chugged up the hill, strike that mountain, at a steady 180-210 watts. When I slowed to relieve the legs the SW thought I'd stopped (as I was going so slow) and went into low resistance start mode. When I started pedalling again I would get a lot lower resistance leading to a lower power to get the same speed. The SW does evetually catch up but you can make impressive gains if done incorrectly. But I managed to control myself and not make too much of the advantage
From my perspective I don't really want to back off. I want to push as hard a tempo as I think I can get away with without blowing up. The times I get aren't as relevant to me as my power numbers as I know I'm well off where I want / hope to be. If on a stage like that I get an unfair advantage id rather delete the stage result as AAAC did, or not attempt another of the league stages. So as to not gain an unfair league position.

The light bulb illuminatesI would see this as a condition transition and for some reason they have decided to give you a period of 'grace' before the correct resistance is applied which therefore allows you to accelerate to a higher speed than you could in reality. Whether they have done this to help you get moving if you stop (which I doubt) or they have created a rule within the code that is initiated because of the change conditions it sees that is triggered at times when it was not intended to be.
This is in fact the once often discussed on/off technique
I don't see the point in deleting unless you think the benefit you get is continuous rather than occasional. I doubt it was continuous. Honest, enjoy your time and watts per kg!
Understood AAAC. You described something that suggested an overall or continuos advantage. I wasn't commenting on that so much rather TT suggesting he should delete his ride for sometimes going into the blue. I am not sure they fall into same category. That said its always up to the riderBob, before this session I was occupying top slot ahead of Bill.
I felt that my performance today was 'enhanced' by not pairing my cadence sensor and hence my time may have been quicker than I could have otherwise done.
I would therefore sooner do this session again than take advantage where I really don't need to.
Since joining these leagues I have lost focus on what was once my challenge, i.e. get as high in as many of the Rankings Tables as possible and have instead turned my focus to enjoying direct competition in the Leagues.
I have a similar viewUnderstood AAAC. You described something that suggested an overall or continuos advantage. I wasn't commenting on that so much rather TT suggesting he should delete his ride for sometimes going into the blue. I am not sure they fall into same category. That said its always up to the riderand their sense of appropriateness and fair play amidst a lack of transparency or understanding about how bkools coding and algorithms work. And so fair play to you. I suspect you do have a better understanding and are perhaps best placed to make the judgement.
i went down to 75psi and lifted frontwheel to nearly 8" off the floor - i admit when i stand up i do go right to the front of the bike and a couple of times i leant back what did the trick . the blue numbers seemed to come and go and i couldn't see a pattern to why - i couldn't feel any thing getting easier when it went blue and i was trying just as hard at all timesIn theory you should get blue numbers above a certain gradient depending on your weight.. What psi did you run? If your wheel still spun maybe it wasn't low enough.
