so would team green !!!
Something to look forward to after the summer, with a natural increase in participants we should be able to run more teams and/or have an extra rider or two in each team?
Now, do we want to give up on the TTT until the nights draw in, or try a few more runs, perhaps on a much flatter course, if we can find one and get good Handicaps in place?
I have to say the Team dynamic does seem to add something to the motivation!

no Teamspeak for me!

So, complete balls up! Spun up and could see Bill 30 secs ahead. And then within a matter of seconds the 3 of you were almost 1-30 ahead. I imagined you 3 got a good start and now were working as a team. I would have to be AAAC , Kipster or Bazzer to be able to chase you down though I tried but from pretty much a standing start my lungs gave up before my legs did. Pride kicked in and I thought if I kept going you guys might slow or AAAC might drop back and I think he did. But I couldn't bridge, err, bridgy
I'm not going to totally deny that, but mostly I'm just doing what I think might work for the team on the day. I have spent some time out front at certain points, but mostly that's where I'm thinking drafting may slow us down if we can't do it effectively. Drafting is best when it's flat for long periods then it's easier to do and steady. Todays ride is not nearly as good as for example, this Thursdays chaingang ride for drafting. Then the team should be together until the hill at the end. For up hills I just try to avoid slowing the others down by having to wait for me so just try to get up them as quick as I can. Trying to draft up hills is likely quite pointless.
the TTT and Individual Handicap chases. I need to get back to building fitness and loosing weight again. I feel I am letting my team mates and myself, on the individual chases, down by not being able to climb
. Hopefully later in the year I'll be able to climb better and contribute more
