Geoff,

stick me down, I did Merry Harriers last year in 7:54, currently 78kg, although 80kg in Bkool

@kipster I found your session and see your watts was 311.05 so Handicap weight would be 76.8 Kg

Anyone wanting a Handicap weight, I just need your average watts on your fastest ascent of the Merry Harriers!

Might also help to get peoples average power from their latest FTP value update, so I can try and correlate with power up the climb, and come up with an adjustment for those who don't have an average watts on the Merry Harriers session.

I'm afraid I can't find a way to setup a session for a league with more than 1 lap, so unless anyone knows how to do this, I think a different session will be needed.

Looking at the 3D climbs I uploaded a while ago, Haytor Vale looks about perfect at 6 km (5.5km climb), averaging 6.38% max 13.51%

At 4 Watts/Kg it should take under 20 minutes.

Geoff it probably won't work, but can you just change the end of the url to lapCount=2 ??

I have never set up a league so don't really know how to add routes etc..

@gbrown I just set up a test league to try out my theory, when you add a stage, click create new session rather than search, that opens a new window where you can search for merry harriers, click on setup and then change the lapCount variable in the url to 3 and reload the page, check the summary to make sure it's 6.2km and and then schedule and it should work, it did for the test league.

Thanks, I'll give it a try tomorrow.

After a session of electric shock therapy followed by water boarding Mickey has seen the light and is now very excited about wearing team green colours.

View attachment 128071 I might be around a little less, outdoors rides, trips, holidays and a little more off road on my newly built ride
Lovely bike Andy - some very careful colour coordinating going on there! Which model is it? I have the 29er version - a Genius 930 - and I love it. Enjoy :bicycle:

Ta for the comment

Do like orange and black ^_^

It is a 2015 LT700 Tuned frame I then had Stans rims built with their latest version of Hope hubs, Hope 4 pot calipers and discs. I used Shimano XTR shifter, dérailleur, with an XT 11-42 cassette. Hope stainless bottom bracket. Had a 20 mile road ride to make sure nothing fell off, very comfortable to use, fits like a glove for position. I didn't go with a dropper post as I don't do jumps or super fast downhills. Rutland here I come :wahhey:

+1

I don't know much at all about mountain bikes but that looks very well put together. The little things like the orange hubs bring it all together very nicely. Grats mate

Last instalment of the Spring Sessions Chaingang race tonight!!
Stage 6 in Saler - Cullera. Fort Santuari

This is long and flat with a steep looking hill at the end. I seem to remember it from a few months back.

I'm thinking drafting has to be the way for most of us, and I for one will be looking for a suitably attired drafting partner/partners to help get me to the hill as fresh as possible before the parting company and the real suffering begins.

As usual 7pm with 10 mins warmup. I'll be starting it. See you all there.

Boiling and heavy air too down here in sunny south london...not sure i will be able to get the loft cool enough to make much of this one before overcooking. Temptation to go out fast on the flat but then there's that hill:ohmy:
