So sorry guys, I missed the start, completely forgot about it. I had another medical appointment late afternoon, then rushed out for a (slow) ride and just didn't get back into my routine, so forgot it was Handicap night! Feel awful to have left you all there wondering where the ride was!

I guess someone must have started a session, either deliberately or by accident, as it looks like 10 of you have sessions waiting for acceptance. Unfortunately bkool won't accept me approving them, it just ignores the button click and then says error approving the ride! I'll keep trying, when this has happened in the past they have usually gone through eventually!

I'll set an alarm for next week, I promise!

I was really looking forward to watching that as well, and it seems loads of you turned up, what a wally ....

Geoff

EDIT: If you fancy doing the Handicap again another night, I'll be happy to give it a go and record it. I'll look over the handicaps from tonight and see how appropriate they were.

No worries at all Geoff. It was a good ride and maybe we can do it again tomorrow or Friday, perhaps...

I am tempted to but I don't fancy being called out by someone in the Summer Cup and being

I emailed about my wormhole ride last summer cup but they never deleted the ride

Still not too bad for me I think. Off to work now as I've just been called out :cursing:.[/QUOTE]

What is it you work on? I may resort to placing fake calls to get you called in if you keep beating me.

I work in the communictions industry. Cable TV, cable modems, VOD and all the kit that feeds the it, optical and rf. I was the man that permanently shut down the analog tv system for a large part of South London's cable tv network,.

Randy, I wouldn't worry too much I chased your ghost as hard as I could and still lost :B).

Just got back home so another 5 hours of OT :wahhey:

Did anyone get a speed crash on last night's climb of Cheddar Gorge? I was bracing for it at one point when it transitioned from a short downhill at about 30mph into a very steep section but the speed dropped normally. I'm tentatively hoping Bkool may have fixed the problem....?

P.S. Don't know why there was a little downhill bit halfway along - I've done that climb many, many times and I certainly don't remember any downhill sections in real life! My time was 3.5 minutes quicker on Bkool than my best real life time by the way - although I was 15kgs lighter than normal last night!!

Bridgy, my transition on the descent bit looks ok, no sudden drops. Looked at most of the profiles and Bill looks like he had a steeper drop off in speed, but no crash
