Damned Bill, you made me reach a new HR high  .
I thought my max was about 175, but i reached 177 during the sprint finish.
Great racec Bill ...I honestly couldn't tell who won. Wish we could get a foto-finish.

Looks like you managed to stay fit enough out in the real world.
Yes you should know ^_^. I met one of your conspirators down at Mallorca.
A mountain goat was hiding behind the crash barriers in a right curve on a fast descent. Fortunately I managed to outmaneuver your agent and escape.

I can tell you who won Lars. It was you because I am disqualified:blush:.
I noticed on my home page I had gone to Elite3 so looked at my weight and I'd forgotten to change it back after the handicap race. So I have to put in my proper time on Saturday. I reckon your time will be safe unless Bridgy has something to say about it.

I've heard that some goats can be quite vicious, but I'd rather come across one of them than some of the dogs I've had to out manoeuvre while on cycling holidays. I'll send a dog next time ^_^

Well that was hard! I tried to chase bill and LB down but needed 450+ watts on the flat to get near them . Once I was tucked in behind bill, LB shot past and Bill gave chase and I was just couldn't catch them again though I did get close.
Did anyone else have problems on the downhills such as they were? I might hit 60kmh by pedalling as hard and fast as I could but if I eased off speed would collapse to at times 25kmh:angry: and in seconds.
I rode on auto but will try manual for the rerun.

Switch on pc now start bsim and accept updates. Restart pc, place pc near trainer and start bsim and see if it wants to update firmware
then get on bike and peddle , get completely confused by whats happening with the numbers , get off , kick your back spokes in , go to the fridge, get a can , watch tdf and realise things aint as bad as they could be !!

Yes, downhill, flat, uphill. Uphill is understandable but the others. It's like momentum has vanished all together.
