Folks, Apologies in advance. I am just after completing Stage 1 of the summer camp league. For some reason when I started tonight the bkool froze and as I was about to cancel and start again it started going again. After a bit i realised that I had no resistance which didnt kick in until 24KM.
I should have stopped after about 5K but I kept thinking it was going to fix itself.
The timings in no way reflect my current speed so if the admins feel they should remove it feel free
That probably would have taken between 55 and 65 mins in real time for me or there abouts

Nutty the Summer Cup is run by BKool not Cycle Chat.
How old is our turbo as your data chart shows what is perhaps the beginning of the end for your turbo.

It is just coming up on a year next month! I hope it was just a glitch as it has been working fine the last few days. I have been running it with a wireless connection as opposed to wired.

PS: Just looked at your Barcelona Catalunya Session, Stage 2 in the Chain Gang August September League, and your stats look really dodgy with all of those flat lines.
Sorry to say but I think the end is nigh!

Could be constant disconnects I suppose

Ok thanks, I havent had any disconnects except for the pause tonight. Do you know how long the warranty is on the trainers? I have looked atheir site and only see about returning within 14 days but I am guessing that is for unwanted items.
Also I am running v.2.65 firmware as my last payment for the trainer comes out at the end of the month and I have not been able to upgrade to th e latest 3.10
Could it be the firmware causing th eissues do you think or the trainer is about to say adios amigo?

Just found that there is a 2 year warranty  Will try the TT in the summer camp tommorow night and if issues persist I will email Bkool

I have tried that quite a few times but it seems as I am paying it over 12 months it won't update until my final payment is made at the end of the month.

I don't think that would make a difference if I remember I think it was bill s who had something similar and had a new unit under warranty cos there where a faulty batch which wouldn't update

Warranty is 2 years generally if you bought it from a reputable source, wiggle etc
Cheers bought directly from the bkool website so will see tommorow night and if there are any issues I will email bkool for a warranty claim.

Come to think about it the trainer can sometimes be a bit laggy when changing gradients

I've got to watch Jacob.
Fmpando and Pep Tatche appear to have stopped competing.
Perhaps Pep's turbo did break not long after his dodgy 'Champs' session as he has done nothing this month.
So long as the two fore mentioned stay away my chances will be a lot better unless of course I end up with a FW upgrade that slows down my climbing and leaves my descending as is.[/
:bravo:

That's true. I hadn't noticed the threat from Jacob but he seems to have beaten you in all but stage 3 so far. Unfortunately for him you beat him by about 11 mins because it was up quite a decent hill. Based on what's left to go, including a hilly one you probably have the edge on him.

You all know what day it is today?!:ninja: :boxing: :gun: :cycle:
With the nights drawing in and winter almost upon us I'm expecting a good turnout at 7pm.

It's another "Denia Alicante Comunidad" and at a mere 31km it's hardly going to exhaust anyone. Just in case that's not quite enough, there's a nice sprint still needing to be done (as an addition, not an alternative).
