Just an update. I emailed Bkool who I must say emailed straight back which in the past it normally took a few days to respond, however, after resyncing the trainer and rebooting the pc everything went well tonight regarding the trainer. Gradients were smooth and almost instant and speed dropped and increased as expected so I am relieved for the moment that all is well with the trainer - unless my stats say otherwise for the Rio route ( I think they reflect the session accurately as my legs are tired)
Cracking but somewhat nerve racking race! Took a while for my heart rate to subside
I cannot do the run today. I forgot Chez bobinski are entertaining from 5 today so currently sneaking in a zwift ride to justify eating of copious amounts. I will give it another go tomorrow though if anyone interested.
I was watching it on my lap top while the wife whatched TV.
I gave out a big cheer at the end and took my earphones off and looked at her and she was giving me add look.
I apologised for the big cheer and explained why and she said she had guessed that was what had happened but she said it was the heavy breathing in the build up that worried her as she thought I was not well.
Real nail biter but that was miles better than watching a formality and that last minute split in the final three made it even more hair raising.
Thanks for the help at the end there AAAC i did not think i was going to finish . I had just finished alp,d,heuz when i seen the race was starting not to know u were the only one in it ..i had no Chance of staying with you ..
If you complete them all, at or close to your normal level, a top 100 is currently a good chanceGetting back into BKool after the 4 weeks off due to travel. Completed 2 of the BKool Summer Rides and I'm in 456 position overallI have 4 weeks to get my fitness back and see how high I can get up the board ... top 350 would be nice

Team GB do it again on the track.
Several World Records and a Gold all in one night.
Fingers crossed for the men's sprinters as things are looking good at the moment.
What a race that final Team Pursuit was, the Aussie's took it to the line, and Bradley looks like a man that doesn't want to have to do that again (and he probably won't have to) plus well done the Danes.
