pointless me trying ! watts are all over the place at the minute and i can't make head nor tail out of them ! plus you stand more chance of seeing me in a tutu than getting 400 watts from meDoes anyone fancy doing a little but of data collecting. Its to see what speed difference on the flat between a kickr and Bkool pro. So my tear would be for a couple of you guys have a small velodrome session. Do a couple or 3 laps at 200watts, then again 250w, 300w, 350w and 400w. You can start with 400 if you want. I am looking for constant power runs or near as possible. Don't draft other riders, ideally do a solo velodrome session for most accurate numbers. I will then do the same to see if there is a noticeable difference. Power to weight shouldn't have an affect on the flat. But would be interesting to see if someone alters weight by 10kg and does another run

couple of laps @400 watts that's me out
and stop kicking my arse in the summer cup![]()
Spooky, but I have the exact same issue with my 'fangs'. I had an op when I was 12 to have my second teeth fangs out as they couldn't push the milk teeth out. I was told not to do any sport (there's a common theme here!) for a few weeks to let my jaw settle. Well, ignored that and played football the day I came out of hospital. Took a ball to the face and dislodged one of my milk teeth. Bugger fell out and i've had the gap ever since. Other side of mouth like you I still have a milk tooth fang. We're milk tooth buddiesNot an affliction, more an oddity, but when I was young my Dad already had a full set of false teeth and I was jealous because I assumed he didn't need to go to the Dentist and just needed to plonk his teeth in a cup at night to clean them and them stuff them back in next morning.
At the age of 57 I am just about to loose my last milk tooth and of course there is nothing behind it so my first dental gap, top row two from the centre (a fang) is going to be down to a blimming milk tooth!
Good news is, if I could afford it, is that my teeth are too crowded anyway so the loss of that tooth could give me room to have them spread out a bit.
Bad news is that I am a Vampire!
Sorry about that Rob, It was at mile 2 before I caught you up, then a huge effort just to get 6 seconds lead. You start so fast compared to me
ha ha, he wants us to do 400 wattscouple of laps @400 watts that's me out

I've got titanium plates in my right wrist and shoulder from a snowboarding accident ( the lesson I learnt from that was never to ride slowly) , add that to frankenbiker.

AAAC, your red wine intake suggests you should swap it for water or, my favourite post ride drink, chocolate milk. No hydration problems but just to be on the safe side re your constipation I recommend bran flakes every other day, and homemade brown/spelt bread in the meantime.
heading out that way tomorrow hopefully - as long as it aint as bad as today ! some of the hills in rutland end up in horrible bendy gravel traps - neville holt has been mentionedToday,
Soaking wet ride around Rutland water or do stage 9 summer cup. The former won, got tangled up in a half iron man tri with over 1000 competitors. First driving past for miles then caught up in the run. Slow wet day but good fun
