That was my plan. But at the beach the puppy Kipster rolled in a dead humpy so now after fighting him in the bathtub for the last 20 minutes I'm worn out.I'll take the dog for a walk first as a warm up.
Welcome back Bill, hope you had a good hols!Woops I forgot the chaingang was about to end. I did the summer cup this evening but should probably have done the chaingang. There's a chance it might still be open tomorrow though.
Maybe I should have said 'lap' rather than 'laps'Show off!
Damn, I was going to try those watts ..... well, up to 1500, 50, 100, 150, 200 and bang![]()

Jealous of you GW .... not wishing to speed my life up, but it would be great to have more time on my hands. This work malarky sure does get in the wayThanks @theboxers - Yep I'm getting plenty of miles in outdoors at the moment, so really just getting on the turbo for league events.
Making the most of the late summer weather, so I'm off to Skegness on Thursday on the bike returning on Saturday - 100 miles each way. It will be my first century day ride and it will be pretty flat once I get out of Derbyshire.
I can't fault this retirement malarkey,
Pink salmon. Edit. Our salmon die after they spawn.A humpy or gunyah[1][2] was a small, temporary shelter made from bark and tree branches, traditionally used by Australian Aborigines, with a standing tree usually used as the main support. The word humpy comes from the Jagera language (a Murri people from Coorparoo in Brisbane); other language groups would have different names for the structure.
Or was it perhaps a dead hump back whale?

2nd Edit. We have 5 species of salmon and they all have 2 names. King/Chinook Coho/Silver Chum/dog Sockeye/Red and Pink/Humpy.
