What happened there Boxers?! Did you forget to change your weight back after a handicap ride and get a very high watts/kg figure?

(Not that I'm in any way doubting your Elite 8 level you understand...)

NO! Nobody else is allowed to do this race. I am having my moment of glory, it is now broken, Geoff, close the doors asap.

Sorry, but AAAC had already recorded a time 3.5 seconds faster!

Some incredibly high normalized power figures from AAAC and Bridgy, well into the 400's. :notworthy:

Pleased with that ^_^. Weight was similar to my real weight so I was trying to keep above 400watts average during the ride - I had to put everything into it to do that mind! Still a minute and a half behind AAAC carrying 11kgs more than me though!

Ho

How was your mini tour to Skegness?

Well my legs and lungs stood up to 2 days in the saddle but my backside didn't - it was painful on the way home.

My day at the seaside was spent on a Bateman's Brewery trip as it rained all day - that's my excuse anyway.

It was also a bit lonely on your own, so I enjoy the weekly rides I do with the 'old foggies' cycle club 45 to 70 miles around the local area in the Peak District.

Looking at the time I was awarded the new fitness level it was before/when my weight was changed to the lower figure. It looks like the power figure for my Richmond Park session was used to calculate a fitness level at my handicap weight .

Obviously a well deserved level increase  :mrpig:

Sorry @rob01792, I guess the Handicap was not appropriate this time, you're either first or last!

all good fun but I would rather 1st than last hey I wasn't last bridgy was last crossing the line
on the non handicap rides I'm close to goldwolfie on small climbs but he normally beats me on the bigger stuff

Yeah, that'll be it - the fitness levels are based on watts/kg so if your weight was very low for a handicap ride your watts/kg would have been very high. Enjoy your shiny new blue jersey!

in the web address

Richmond lap count.jpg

A little bit clearer this way.

1: Change the lapcount= number in the address to however many laps you want to do and then hit return. You should now be on a page showing the time and distance multiple you set.

2: You then go through schedule or setup as normal.
