You could run a separate 7:30 or 8pm one.

My work schedule is all over the shop at the moment so I'll join as and when I can whatever is selected. This week travelling 3 hours each way into the big smoke every day so not getting in until almost 8 o'clock so won't be able to do the 7 oclock tomorrow night. Working from home Friday hopefully, so will chase down some ghosts then.

Andy, your last time at the velodrome that I saw was 39:56 and that is the time in the results. If you have a quicker time, let me know what it is and put in another short Col de la Mad session so I can adjust it.

Is anyone open to the Thursday run starting regularly at 7-30pm after tomorrow? I rarely get out of work before 6 so 7 is a struggle. You know me, I need my warm up too. I understand if 7pm is preferred but thought I would dip a toe ,..

I could probably manage 7 or 7.30 equally well so happy to go with either.

Exactly the same for me Rick. I will ride late like on Tuesdays but when it's not a league run I usually start at 5:30 or 6pm so I can relax the rest of the evening.
