You can do it before the 8pm start, but it may cause problems if you do, as not only do you have to have finished by 7:50, but also anyone who jumps in on your session. So if you start it in plenty of time, but someone joins you, then you leave but they keep riding, and someone joins them, etc., then it can still be running at 7:50pm and I struggle to start a new one for the multi-user ride and the elapsed time is all to pot.

Maybe if you use a password to keep others out then you can be sure it will be shutdown before 7:50pm?

Looks like 8pm might be a bit late for a number of people! It was originally picked because it seemed to suit people after work/bedtime/etc. but I wonder what the best time would be?

Can we do a vote in this forum? It's important for the TTT to try and get a day/time that the maximum number of people can do regularly.

Well, we are 1 hour ahead here, so anything earlier would be better for me.

In an effort to make things more consistent, I have decided to use the power of my BePro pedals, and that will probably reduce my watts avg. So apologies in advance to team blue if I can't keep up.

When I'm home, 7 is good for me. 8 no good as I'm usually up for work next day by 5.30 so I don't get much of an evening with the wife if I'm riding late. Saying that I'm away again tonight so can't make a ride at either time!

As it is a handicap, Starts are usually some time later than advertised, as determined by Start Time, so I guess whatever time we start, add some minutes depending on where you are.

geoff i have done my ride, not god but not bad.

something was not right as my hr would not go greater than 146
i had to back off twice due to chest burn of some sort
i rode through it so i dont think it was angina
i have had a chesty flem cough for a week some my little lungs a probably a bit raw
