Bloody network down again in the pain cave think I am going to have to get someone in. Half spent the last 45 minutes turning it off and turning it on again.

All dressed up so going to end up using this thing as a dumb turbo trainer.

Ughhhhh

Really enjoyed that - thanks guys! I knew I didn't have it in me to beat Thursday's or even yesterday's time so settled into the group of 4 at the front.

Still hard work keeping up, but was able to back off a bit on the hills to relieve my complaining legs!

Sorry Bill, I couldn't face being out-sprinted by you at the end again so tried not to be caught napping this time and went for it on that last short hill! Good ride all

Ah ha in a flash of brilliance I made my phone a hot spot and hey presto good as gold. Sadly you had all chuffed off up the road by the time I got in and I didn't see much evidence of taking it easy.

At least I now know what to do when it all cocks up, wonder how much data I get......

Yep!
I wanted to help lead him to them so he got the drafting benefit they were sharing to stay away from him but i had 2 dead stops on both the fist two lumps and then the turbo stopped working. 2nd time this week i have had to get off and unplug and replug power supply. Really pi$$ed at bkool at moment:angry:
Well done all for the ride-its a tough one, especially you front runners, TT showing he is not a flash in the pan and bill for showing he still has it and that there bridgy:okay:,
AAAC, ever so close-its those downhills! Shame, nice tactics and sorry could not help you closer to them to conserve energy.

Sorry everyone. A neighbour came round and I lost track of time. Good to see you have a good back up plan and I was even able to make the start line after promptly kicking out the neighbour when I realised what time it was.
Really enjoyed the ride. Thanks Bridgy and AAAC for pulling me along and going easy. Tommy I was determined to stay with you this time. Great race!!

I wouldn't say "going easy" more going slightly sub-maximum! And that was mostly necessary due to achey legs!
