DP, I think you should do the summer cup, with those figures and continued weight loss, you will be right at the sharp end.
I just had a look at the last summer event and I was just over an hour behind @BILL S and over two hours behind @AAAC 76C so a long way to catch up. I'd like to think I'd shave an hour off by now. I may go back and try some re runs to compare. Looking at the stats I think I've really improved my uphill power and cadence since August.

The problem is that 20 years ago I was a lot more powerful and a lot lighter! Losing weight is a slow process so whilst losing weight I want to keep training the weakest link(s). Being 40 years young the best years are theoretically behind me!

If I can get to 80kg and pump out 480 watts average on a bkool tt I'll be happy, with the plan to ride an outdoor tt this summer.

Flipping youngsters^_^

I have just done 38miles on Zwift, moderate pace as part of an effort to work on my endurance. There are a lot of riders on today because it's world bike relief day and so lots of charity rides raising money. Anyway, pooling about gave me an opportunity to watch some cat A riders. Impressive numbers and all the more reliable because most are on direct drive trainers/powermeters..DP, with those numbers you would be up there with them.

So is it warm up at 5 for 10 mins starting at 5.10? Also who is setting it up and do we select from the league tab on bsim? Also is there a password?
You can tell this my first chaingang!

DP I'll be starting the warmup at 5pm and you will select the ride by searching in the Live tab. Not league tab. There's no password and you can search using my name or the ride name. See you there.

I take it you need to be at a standstill when the timer hits zero?
