See! This is how I always get myself in trouble.

Having fluked the best ever tow from AAAC, I'll now be put only a few seconds head start from Andy in the handicap with Bridgy and LB starting off a good bit in front. My only chance not to come last is if I can catch a ride with Andy as he comes past.

You were around a minute slower than Daddy Pig so you'll get a minute or so head start (unless you do faster times between now and then)!

I can see new buddies for some downhill courses I expect to be carried up hills in return, literally

I really struggled with that, my quads where aching from the weeks commute and with every change in gradient it hurt, 3 miles to go i had @Soarerv8 breathing down my neck had to stand up which helped a lot they feel better all ready.
Need to do a rerun of that next week sometime.

Good ride @Soarerv8. Looking at your stats you can push out a good level of power, I reckon you just need to work on vo2 max to be able to maintain a continual output.
