Well I will certainly sleep well tonight - that course definitely suited me...

Two weeks now I've ridden a solo ride, come on chaps that have similar times to mine where are you - we could have had a right battle like the front runners had.

Going to sound like i'm spitting my dummy out - I have a memory that if you didn't ride in the live session you would get an automatic added penalty to your times, @gbrown am I correct. We need some incentives to get everyone together in the live sessions.

Yeah sadly struggle to make it back for 7 however planning to knock all of the big boys off the top of the leaderboard on Saturday.

Look out for the emails chaps.

Thanks Andy, I did try and stay with both Bill & Bobinski for a very short period but I could tell very quickly that I wouldn't hold the pace for long, so went back into a range I knew I could hold for the duration. I did ride with someone called Steffen for a short while but there was a gap in the pace so I decided to go back into my own race.

Good ride everyone! I must say AAAC and D Pig, I was hanging on for much of that drafting so I was pretty sure I'd get dropped at some point - which I eventually did!

That would make a good TTT course Geoff!

Aye, it's a bit of a bugger on your own.. I'm kinda getting used to it but don't expect anyone to wait for me.. as for adding a penalty - I'd really prefer virtual pee thrown over me or tacks thrown on the road compared to added time...

Hopefully I'll improve and one day catch you @Monte

before I throw the bloody trainer through the window, can someone explain the scheduling bit for me? I thought I had understood it but apparently not. Trying to generate FTP test, I schedule it for today, but then when I check it's not been scheduled even though it stated I had ! So tried to schedule one for tomorrow, same thing happens. Ant help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry @Monte but when I'm on client sites I don't get home til late so miss the live rides. One of the main reasons why I tend to do a chaingang and Goat rides over the weekend. I do miss the live rides though

@Whorty - completely understand, Thursday evenings is the only night I can do at the moment so I should know better. Hopefully we can ride together on Saturday if I can make it.

GW and Rob had a great battle. I thought Rob had created a big enough lead and broken GW, but GW was clearly holding something back

It was the comments on the road that spurred me on - I presume that was you Whorty.

Rob and I were together for the whole ride, so a good bit of practice for the Team Time Trial.

Must apologise to DP and many others tonight ..... I found the feature where you can write messages on the road and I may be guilty of over-using it
