Did some of my best Ten Mile TT's anaesthetised from the night before. I did drink Guinness then though, alcohol soup full of Irish goodness.

I'll try out my mavic yksium elite tyre on the back and see if there is any notable difference. Not sure I'll notice much difference though from my high quality halfords turbo tyre...That looks like mine but mine is inside a frame, it's less conspicuous that way (wouldn't want to be accused of cheating
Turbo tyres are more suited to Turbo's that clamp the tyre.
Bkool works like the real road all be it a very curved one.
The tyre temp is likely to be higher than road temps but the heat should dissipate through the metal roller all be it you do want some heat for traction.
In summary ignore getting a turbo tyre for a BKool Turbo, get a good quality fast road tyre instead that is meant for all out speed, not an all rounder.
