You may need to move the front derailleur up a bit to accommodate the larger chainring.also check the width as this may be different and you may need to adjust the end stop.Well, yes I was. I was trying to see if I could get through stage two with a 52T in front. Front gear shift is very unreliable with the 52T, so I try to avoid that. Almost didn't make it over that 11%, stuck in a silly heavy gear.
I'm possibly looking for a 60t for the chaingang and use a 11-25 know the rear. Not sure 60/39 will work that well!
