Good representation from Kipster, Goldwolfe & Bridgy.. well done all.. :notworthy:
Wish I'd have waited for the group ride now for the first winter league ride. I did the session a bit earlier on my own due to time restraints. Maybe could have posted a faster time with a bit of drafting assistance . Never seen so many riders for a group session.:biggrin:

bkool strikes again, I didnt see Bill or Bridgy, I thought I had beat Bob, which was a hum dinger in the last few miles:okay:
I overtook you just before one of the long downhills and then you whizzed past me again on the descent! Had me worried for a bit but I managed to take you again when it levelled off again

Start a few minutes late and draft through the tail enders. That can give you quite a boost

2) Bridgy
3) Andy
4) Bob
5) Gregory
6) Jlaw

8) Berty
9) Daddy Pig (Very late start)

Apologies for not doing this live or an hour before,, mind you had I been on the bike an hour before I would have done the live Winter Cup all be it I thought that Thursday. Never mind I thing it gives you loads of time to catch up but if you don't tick the stages of you end up swamped with competitive sessions to do.
Could give me something to do Christmas day instead of indulging too much.

I'm starting to hate the bkool hardware. Just did winter cup 1 and was doing ok about 15th in the race when with 1km to go the resistance on the borrow classic bkool stuck on, got swamped by other riders and lost about 10 places. aaarrrggghhh

and well done bridgy!
You gone and broken another turbo!!!!

Andy made up 30 secs on me going downhill. Mind you, you also danced past me when I was going about 70kmh!

It was fine after it was powered off/on. I did a 30 minute zwift session and it all worked ok.

Well done to @BILL S, back on form with a major improvement, also @bridgy, getting even faster, and @CXRAndy.

Sorry @Soarerv8, I've adjusted your Handicap for next time!

Also @JLaw and @Goldwolfie, now you've posted a few times with the new firmware, I've adjusted your Handicaps too.

Thanks Geoff. I think the new tyre helped.

As for Bridgy, having already just done the bkool winter cup ride. :notworthy:

The winter cup ride was only 15 minutes to be fair - which also meant I had plenty of time to recover too!

Edit: Having said that I do feel pretty knackered now!

I lost a fair bit of time on the climb after catching up, maybe went a little hard but if I don't use my weight advantage going downhill I would never have a chance to overtake later.

It was agonizingly slow for the gap to come down. I threw everything into the flat section midway downhill with over 700 Watts and nearly blew up before it started to descend again. I wanted to see on the recording if I was able to stick with Bridgy going downhill but it wasn't recorded. Bob the last mile I was on my absolute limit trying to hold you off.
