At it's worse I cannot walk downstairs without the leg kicking out-it's hilarious! That sounds like quite a tumble!
That microwave sounds interesting too, must investigate.
He is, I think I have let him down by not being able to try and keep up with him. He is clearly glad to have you around to keep him on his toes, along with AAAC, Bill and increasingly Andy.
I have to admit to 3 accidents on the same slope in 3 different years all within 20m. Concussion, broken thumb and torn tendons. All after drinking...:cheers:

Ummh...

I have given them notice I will not renew my subscription when it expires in February.3 emails and 3 FB posts and still not arranged a dial in to check my Pro. It's probably fine given that now clear our Pro's are all affected in largely similar ways but would have been nice to know before I sell it.

Might also be a response to this somewhat unfair review on the Facebook Zwift page, a somewhat large group too;

A testament to the impressive speed that Zwift and Zwift HQ are doing their work is simply in their 'competitors'.

The trainer I bought has software that I can purchase separately to use. Reviews and screenshots look awful so I've never tried it. However, I was curious and wanted to try BKool's software. I had no intention of replacing Zwift, but I thought it would be something 'extra' to break things up a bit. It's a long winter and despite the diligent work by the Zwift team, there's only so much 'variety' in the current iteration of Zwift.

My experience with the BKool software was atrocious. Not only is it difficult to use (You have to go to a website to select your course and THEN open up the software), many of the advertised features are cryptic and how to use them isn't even listed in the instruction manual; some actually require talking to support to enable them (how insane is that?) The software frequently crashes, and in the end it's just a poor experience and sub-par to Zwift in every way. I expected the latter, but I just thought it would be something 'different' once in a while. For the same $10 a month, I can get a really polished experience with Zwift. BKool was essentially unplayable.

If anything, this is evidence of why the Zwift team isn't rushing to cram tons of features onto their product. Everything they have works, and usually works really well. So kudos to them!

EDIT: AND I should mention, BKool has been around a lot longer than Zwift! The speed at which they are producing the best indoor cycling product on the market is brilliant.

I will post a more positive response a little later. I really hope this is not a desperate act by bkool- we need them to survive but they also need to be more responsive to user input and requests!

Just posted this to the FB page;

Robert Dynowski Hi John, I appreciate that is your honest appraisal of Bkool but I am going to suggest it is a little harsh. I use both Zwift and bkool. Zwift is undoubtedly slicker, more attractive to look at and ride in and I would certainly agree Zwift are more customer focussed and responsive to user input. The user experience Is in many ways exemplary for such a young company.I expect even more great things from them given the huge private investment they have secured. Bkool is less well resourced, slightly amateurish in comparison and fails to respond clearly and quickly to user concerns. Yes, the software can be clunky and frustrating but there are riches beneath the hard soil, an incredible number of routes from around the world, either in so so 3D or video. Want to climb Alp D huez or the Galibier? They are there. Want to ride routes you have uploaded from a garmin or your phone via strava? Check. Want to train? a new but basic training module is there. Ride in a velodrome, say do a Keirin? Again, there for you. Or perhaps ride in a league like I do, one for mountain goats, another a chain gang a third a handicap by ability league. The bkool winter cup has just started with stage 1 of next years Tour de France or is it last years! There are riches and competition beyond the clunkines. Hopefully bkool will take Zwifts lead in customer focus and make the software more user friendly.

I have done a few and they require you to be fresh and in the right mindset to give it a good go. Else they can be pure torture. Try and break them down into 5 min interval blocks
