Cheers. Was just saying to @TurboTommy , it's the pacing that I usually struggle with i.e. pushing too much early on and not enough energy at the end or not pushing enough early and too much in the tank at the end.

I can't even get beyond the first hurdle with Bkool membership. As I've commented previously, the Bkool Pro is a Christmas present and the only things I've done with Bkool are:
download Bsim
Create an ID on the Bkool website and do a brief sync with the Pro just see if it was talking to anything.
Just looking at the website with a view to taking up the free trial period once I get my hands on it and I get the following message:
"Your free trial period has finished, your card will now be charged.
This offer is only available for users who haven't previously purchased a Premium subscription."
Total nonsense as I've never had a Premium subscription or had a ride on Bkool... I've written to them but stuff like that isn't encouraging.

Just completed stage 1 winter cup. If I hadn't missed the countdown timer I could of had a top 10 resultand a sub 17 mins

If you fancy another crack over the weekend I'd prob join you. I've had no chance to get near the turbo for the last week or so due to family stuff, so I feel like I've got to do a bit of catch up...
I'm tempted to try and put in big miles over Christmas in the turbo. Wondering if anyone else is up for it?

I will be Tommy. I normally have a crack at the Rapha500 and while I won't do that this year I hope to mix turbo and outdoor miles. Anything to keep the weight off over Christmas!

when the league updatesI'm not sure it will unfortunately as it should have a cup and the words " League: Bkool Winter Cup" under the ride name in the details as mine does.Actually I can't remember where I selected it from.
Looks like you'll have to re-do it
Make sure you select the ride from your League tab on Bsim or it won't count in the league (unless you join a live event of course which someone else has started from their league tab)
Still a really good time Andy - equal to 9th and 10th place currently out of 330 so far. That's 3 of us in the top 10, which does suggest our leagues are a pretty high standard!Buggeration! At least I know now where the harder sections are
