Well it looks like I'm getting me a new bkool pro. I had asked them if I could upgrade to the Kickr snap, but it seems I ticked the exchange and not refund option and they can't send me a different unit. They've been asked if I can return the exchange for a refund and then purchase the snap. I can't go for direct drive as it will be used by three different bikes with three different gear set ups (1 11speed, 1 10 speed and 1 8 speed).

If they won't let me return the exchange I might just sell the unused bkool pro on and buy a snap anyway.

Kipster they have a very good return policy ,just explain via email and you will have snap in no time

2nd time lucky in the 'Winter' Cup. I wished I had added DP, knowing I could of drafted his ghost and then snuck ahead for the win:whistle:. Very pleased today:biggrin:, felt much better and wasnt on the ragged edge unlike last time where I was gasping for air.

I want to do the winter cup too, but don't know how I'm going to fit in any more flat out rides. I'm wondering if an hour or so before the Saturday re-run would be a good time as per @bridgy this Tuesday, or would it just kill me for re-run? Paul, I think you said it didn't reduce your performance too much because it was just a short one.

Yeah it's short and mostly flatish. I also had about an hour between that and the handicap ride (which also wasn't a really long one - 35 mins) so was able to recover OK. Having said that, I didn't go quite as fast on that one as I did on my previous standalone attempt, partly because I had the later ride to come in the back of my mind!

Did you add any other ghosts to your run, as my last attempt states invalid! Not sure why though.

Well I still got a lovely email saying you've beaten me by 1 second @Daddy Pig !!

Your ride does show as being in the league so I'm sure it'll be OK - maybe just needs approving by an admin for some reason?

I added 6 riders, Bridgy s slower run. I thought I would struggle to hold onto his ghost, but I found I was in front virtually all the way and edge a lead from half way

Sorry, I had to hold onto your tail a few times and could not get away more than a couple of seconds. If we ean this again i reckon we could chaingang behind Jacob and roll out in front over the last 2 km.
I was still pretty tired from the chaingang yesterday evening, shame you were not there as that could have been really interesting finish if aaac was as tired as he says, a 4 way sprint at the end!
