Yes, I'm sorry but it looks like the Chaingang rerun is in danger of falling victim to "Julehygge" (Jul= christmas, Hygge=http://www.visitdenmark.com/hygge), so I'll be doing the Winter cup early. I think it will by around 1:30 pm UK time.
I have added some ghost that should put us in top 10 if we manage to stick with them.

He is a triathlete so he's likely to be pretty fit. I'd say you would be better in the mountains than him though, and considering your age you are showing a lot of us youngsters up!

Not only is he a triathlete, he's a champ in his age group i believe.

Sorry , the wife wants to squeeze in a jog before dark, so I'll be doing it at 2 pm UK time.

Just in case anyone joins: I'll do my warm up in the velodrome and start at 2 pm with no warm up.

Ok, I give up doing the stage at a specific time. Windows decided to do all weird stuff, so can't tell when I'll start the session

All sorts of problems, had to switch to Win 7 PC. I hate Windows 10.
I did a pretty tough Chaingang yesterday but was hoping a had 15 minutes left in me. Legs were like jelly after 5 min. and I could barely get my puls up to 160. I was 10 bpm higher in the 1st Chaingang stage.

Re-run will be as per usual. AAAC's ghost will be there for you to follow but I won't be able to follow it as I'm going to be knackered after my soon to occur attempt at the winter cup. Not that I think I could follow it anyway.

Thanks Andy. That was bl00dy hard! I tried to stay with DP's faster ghost but just couldn't. Fortunately he had another good one for me to tag along with.
