Bkool customer service emailed me earlier to rate their response to one of my complaints. Considering they never actually responded in the first place I now find myself complaining about the lack of response to my original complaint!![]()
Ha! I did the same thing last week. Ibregquested a dial in, chased up by email and on their FB page. Complained.No dial in.They emailed me to rate their support! I replied saying I was still waiting for the dial in at which point I would rate it.
