Bkool customer service emailed me earlier to rate their response to one of my complaints. Considering they never actually responded in the first place I now find myself complaining about the lack of response to my original complaint!

Ha! I did the same thing last week. Ibregquested a dial in, chased up by email and on their FB page. Complained. No dial in.They emailed me to rate their support! I replied saying I was still waiting for the dial in at which point I would rate it.

just been on there facebook page and it looks like there working on using VR as well.
The amount I sweat I'd ruin a VR headset

Great ride last night Kipster, looks like you're in good form! Also glad your ride got approved so quickly as I need to drop my weight slightly too.

It's a bit alarming Bridgy's ride slipped through the admin net considering the exaggerated weight difference. Obviously unintentional on Bridgy's part but the admins wouldn't know that. It shows how others who are more unscrupulous have been getting away with things that look far more intentional...
Hmmmmm! I could have been a contender.

Stage 3 or repeat Stage 4 tomorrow 5pm? Any preferences?
Well, I was thinking of doing stage 4 again tonight at the correct weight if I get time but it would be more fun to do it live with you guys if you decide to do that for the Saturday re-run. Not sure too many people will be queuing up to do that nasty stage again though which would be fair enough.....

I quite liked it, but I won't be there tomorrow, it's not going to be too cold or wet tomorrow, so 60 miles in the great outdoors beckons.

I want to have another go tomorrow though 5pm will be a bit tight for me. More like 6. The main reason is to follow kipsterd lead and use the bkool pro to get a fit. file to send to bkool

I'm around tomorrow but I'm happy to go with the majority as I still need to do both stages.

Well I've just done the WC stage 4 again but at the correct weight this time. 38 seconds slower - and I got more dead stops this time despite using the same tactics which is interesting (more advantages to losing weight!!).

Ironically my new time would still have put me in first place for the stage (for now) :headshake:

I held off my ghost from yesterday until the top of the second hill but then the skinny sod dropped me!

Thanks for the carrot Bridgy.
I need to do this one again as I sat near the finish line for a few minutes watching our team come home.
I left the stage 200m from the finish but it still shows in the standings.
I'm quite confident that I can beat Thursdays time even at my 'fat' 80kg BKool virtual weight (76 kg in reality).
