Andy, it might be down to sheer volume of users. In recent days they have had upwards of 1500 people riding at the same time. Or it might just be bkool...

Morning all, saturday morning clear out day for me...

I've got a pair of sram red22 brake calipers that are surplus to requirements and I thought I'd offer them up here 1st as they're too nice to be sat on a shelf. I thought it a long shot someone here is looking for a new brake set but I know some of you guys ride with clubs etc so might know someone who's looking even if you're not. I'd describe them as being 'as new condition', in original packaging, and come with brand new 'Swiss stop' pads. Pm me if you're interested!

Apologies for the thread derail

Me, a bottle of Shiraz and two whiskey chasers.
Heads a bit misty but otherwise ready for business PM today.

In work this morning, back home for 10. Out in the real world by 10.30. Right grand day.. lovely cycle over to Helensburgh, alongside Gareloch, sneak past the Naval base peace camp, climb up Glen Fruin (gorgeous) and back hame to the Bonny Banks.. quite a few out too..

Might try a couple of virtual miles this aft.. :bicycle:

Jim,
If you get the Bkool app for your phone we could ride that route after you ride it and save it.

Edit. Just googled and it looks like a great ride.

Hope the link works ..

Ps. Its a long time since Bkool turned any of my rides in to 3D... so it's on in Map form...

Ok I've just set up tonight's ride. It is the Winter Cup stage 4 (Rio 2016 Triathlon) and I have added most of the baddest ass ghosts of that stage, including some of our own cyclechattists. Sorry if most of the ghosts are at the sharp end and anyone ends up having a lonely ride. Actually that will happen to me if I don't pull the finger out.

edit: 5pm warmup 5:10 start

No work at the weekends for me, but 53.5 miles this morning on the heavy winter steed, after the effort on Thursday my legs hurt for the last 15 miles. It was foggy and damp and the bike is a mess, but it's a cx bike so it kind of looks good covered in mud
