Thanks Jacob - hard to know how good it was until everyone else does it - I suspect I will be tumbling down the leader board a bit on Saturday! I'm off to the Isle of Wight with some of the guys here on cyclechat tomorrow though so got my attempt in early!

Wouldn't fancy that swim over the Skagerak even at this time of year.

I wouldn't get any further than Aalborg and Jomfru Ane Gade, the street of pubs.
Done that run a few times in my dim and distant past and then slept all the way across the Skagerak the day after.

Unfortunally not. I'm 1.422 km away from Bergen

Sounds like thats the long way round through my island (Zeeland) and Sweeden. I know a few shortcuts here on Zeeland so it's only 1420 km
