I have seen the doc and it has beem classed as sciatica so will now get physio and possible referral for mri etc. There may have been too much wear and tear due to my accident 20 years ago so they need to check me out properly. Funny what you said about the floor excercise as I did something similar for 15 years post injury. Stretching and rotating the hip until the lumbar made a crack and it then felt better!
I think I better get out of this forum.
It's toppers with decrepit middle aged men.
If I hang around here I might become one.
That said my right knee has been giving me gip with all the walking I have been doing in the heat, my prostrate is well inflamed and a good dump would be bliss.
Other than that I'm as good as I was at twenty, bar the greying hair, hearing loss and another lost crown this week.
Almost forgot the need to wear varifocals.
