Usually 7pm warmup 7.10 start

My advice for tonight. Logon at 7.08.30 and use the first 20k as your warm up then go like stink for the last 5-10k

As theboxers says. And good advice too. Keep your energy for the flat/uphill at the end

I work like stink on the downhill too ... need to get a head start against the lighter riders when I get to the ramps
