I didn't.
Went out at 19:14 and didn't get back until 02:30, apparently.
Glad I took a flexible day.
Alarm went off at 06:20 as usual and I thought errrr!.
Then realised I could take the day off.
Wife is going out to see a friend so I have promised to do some housework as a penance.

@Whorty i had a big stitch 1km from the top of the first climb so had to ease off.... until my back got so sore i had to ease off

My legs were pretty tired when I rode it, so I guess more of you can beat it and AAAC can beat it by 5 minuts

I'm having trouble just standing up today.
Only made it home last night because I was 80 pound lighter than when I went out .

Now I've done three of this month's sessions and might do the first two over the weekend if I decide I'm too much of a wus to brave the cold and wind here I am trying to understand the overall league classification.....and can't ! have no idea how it calculates your position, what the criteria are or how it calculates the time, the difference, kms and stages completed I understand but also don't know what the division relates to. I have noticed commemets that bkool need to sort out the leagues, is this one of the problems they need to fix?

On a general note I want to thank you all for being so friendly and accepting and I look forward to following in your slipstreams for many rides to come!

The way the league general classification works is it takes your ride (in your case 3) times and then for the other 2 rides that you haven't completed they give you the time of the slowest person for those stages + a 10% extra. This is why it's always best to complete all rides in a league! Complete those 2 stages and you'll shot up the leagues rankings
