Well that makes it easier for me to try to get some real world miles in also. The 2 rides I've done this week showed me how much harder I need to work. Especially the climb.

Keith, at the end of the day we are only doing it for the exercise and social here We still all had a good workout on a Thursday as per usual. I'd be up for doing stage 1 Mon/Tuesday next week

I go into the real world every Saturday after a week of living the dream at work but I still turn up.
Granted its just shopping and an all day breakfast.

Looks like I don't need to turn to any way as I never pressed send on 'don't approve my ride' on Tuesday.
Even bested 'The Dark' with less Watts.

Thanks AAAC. Something about that ride seemed to give it the extra dimension needed for the extra effort. I was done in by the end but I have to say that ride went nothing like I expected. Starting out I thought you were just along for a pootle, but later on I thought it was probably just me with fairy dust. Almost as much fun as our rides 2/3 years ago.
