Sorry @perswe just got back from the supermarket. The choice is yours but one of the big goudale or the trappistes would be my way to compensate for your suicidal effort today. However if I beat my ghost tonight I get the goudale gran cru, if not then it's tonic water.... See the motivational effect there?
Sod it! Having got up at 03:00to drive my wife to the airport, four hour round trip, then 108kms itrw I deserve a beer for finishing that!

Wow. And you did a great ride after that. Enjoy your beer. I think I may have a couple of glasses of good old red and maybe a Bailey's coffee 😁.
I was really having to dig deep on that. Good course though.

Started Bkool today. I like the graphics but it seems a lonely world.
Default share seems to be instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc but no link to Strava?
When is the next forum race I’m in.

It is but lonely which is why we are all happy to have this chat. You need to apply to join the chain gang in bkool then the league rides will automatically appear under the league section of rides on the simulator.

I think we all deserve a glass of something after that. Quite a few were expressing reservations beforehand,so I reckon congrats to everybody who did the ride. Keith had me beaten with his ghost ride before the start . I knew I was never going to compete with that today, so quite pleased to have finished it.

Well done @Rod McG . Not much in it between us today. I always do keep a little for the end so you have to watch out for that. Also well done to @Brusgaard . You just out powered me today and there was nothing I could do even with a few decent hills to slow you down.
A special thanks to @keithaitch for turning around a failing Chaingang. It's getting better all the time even if I am getting slower all the time. I hope to work on that next year, but after that hour of pain I should probably think about other things until at least tomorrow.

@Rod McG welcome to the out sprinted by @BILL S at the end club. My main motivation for going hard from the very start is to not let Bill anywhere near me in the last km. I'm slowly getting over it, but I almost needed professional psychological help last year, the number of times it seemed to me I did the majority of the work to get us both a good time and then he nicked it, one way or another at the end. My wife stopped asking me around February I think on Thursdays about how it had gone, she knew the pain was just too raw. The man is evil, stay well away!
