I'm very interested to see how your new Vriedstein fortezza senso goes as my new old tyre is just a temporary/test tyre so definitely need to find a new one. I also tried an old mavic tyre on Tuesday night and it made me even slower than before and made a right squealing sound. Are you riding with your new tyre tonight?

Hmmm... I might have to change my tyre too, to keep up with you guys!

I'm currently using a Conti 4000S II. Anyone know how much faster the NEO will go, if changing the front tyre to another?

Yes I am. I'll let you know how it goes but I noticed that the old trainer tyre I took off was cutting up.

Keep in mind, that I never used a new Vredestein tyre on the Pro. It has always been an old worn tyre with at least 4-5000 km outdoor use beforehand.

I have no idea how a new tyre behaves or if it is making a mess with tyre dust. The only new tyres I have used, was the Schwalbe Insider, which didn’t work that well. That blue tyre dust didn’t look pretty on the black Pro either.

Arrrghh, my in-laws have arrived and made my man cave into their bedroom. My wife has forbidden me to ride indoors tonight. Thought about setting up the bkool pro outside on the porch. But it is minus 5 and a blizzard. Not even a hard man like myself would survive...not mentioning the high-end product bkool pro. Sorry! But do turn on teal weather...

...and now she tells me I have to converse with them and apparently, responding that ”but I did that last year” did not sit well with her. So no escape plan left.

Tell them you think you may have the corona virus, and you have sweat a lot in the room. Maybe they will let you have it., and leave you alone in it?

Might be an acceptable excuse these days?

PS: Remember to cough often and ask if it is hot in here - frequently…
